On the webpage for the 5th addition, there was a eTextbook option, which I chose. As it turns out, it was for the 4th addition. Unless there's something I'm missing, the pagination on the kindle version does not match the paper text, so my syllabus is useless. It's still an ebook, with highlighting and everything else good that goes with it. But that's a huge pain.
So many spelling and editing errors and for the price i pay its ridiculous
Supplemental information in the book did not clarify any topics, very long winded. Problem sets did also not provide any useful information.
The edition of this book is a different edition than the hardcover. The version is thus out of date, and as it is not returnable, I thought perhaps posting this review would prevent other law students from making the same mistake I made.
For the record, I find it extremely irritating that when you search for an ISBN, this page brings you to the edition of the wrong book.
